The body of David Bird, a Wall Street Journal reporter, who was reported missing for more than a year has been found this week in a New Jersey river.
Bird disappeared on January 11, 2014 while taking a walk near his home in Long Hill Township, about 30 miles west of New York City. According to a website launched by Bird's family, he was wearing a red raincoat at that time.
According to an investigation by Capital New York, computers with IP addresses from the New York Police Department headquarters were related to edits made on some Wikipedia pages for high-profile police incident victims. The IP addresses accessed Wikipedia entries for Sean Bell, Eric Garner and Amadou Diallo.
