Secret Service took over a Year to replace Alarm System at HW Bush's home

The time period to replace an alarm system at the Texas home of former President George H.W. Bush took the Secret Service more than a year, claimed a watchdog report released Thursday.

According to the Department of Homeland Security's inspector general report, the 20-year-old alarm system was not replaced until late in 2014, despite it stopped working in September 2013.
