UCLA Researchers develop Super Strong Metal using Ceramic Silicon Carbide Nanoparticles

Researchers at University of California, Los Angeles have developed high strength metal using magnesium and ceramic silicon carbide nanoparticles. The research team claimed that the metal has much better stiffness-to-weight ratio compared to strong materials used in the past. The metal created by UCLA team can withstand high heat without facing any changes in its properties.
